Technologies

Hyperdrive Design It is the new construction concept at the base of the most modern and technologically advanced baitcasting reels and includes four main elements:

HYPER Armed Housing: newly designed body and side plates, made of Magnesium or Aluminum, provide extreme solidity, lightness, ensuring perfect alignment and optimal functioning of all mechanical components.
HYPERDRIVE Digigear: newly developed gears, evolution of the Daiwa Digigear, improve performance in fluidity, power and resistance. Durability is increased by 60%.
HYPER Double Support: a double support system for the pinion: improves performance under stress, but also durability and longevity of the gear.
HYPER Tough Clutch: the spool release lever has been redesigned to be even more resistant and reliable.

TWS

The T-Wing offers perfect line lay along the entire axis of the spool, while ensuring casting performance that is unattainable by any reel not equipped with this system.

Swept Handle

The crank arm follows the profile of the reel body. A Daiwa solution that brings the reel's center of gravity closer to the rod axis, reducing oscillations, with better transfer of force.

ULTIMATE TOURNAMENT DRAG

High-density brake discs, impregnated with a special oil that enhances their acceleration and extends their life.
