Returns and Size Exchange Instructions

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the product.

1. Return Conditions:

   • The product must be returned in its original condition: unused, with labels and packaging intact.
   • In case of damaged product or not in original conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
     
     

2. Shipping Costs:

   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
     
     

3. How to Proceed:

   • Prepare the package by inserting inside it a sheet of paper with the order number and the instructions for the exchange or refund.
     Example: "I would like size XL" or "I require a full refund."

4. Size Change:

   • If you request a size exchange within 14 days, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.

Reimbursement

1. Times:

   • Once we receive the return, we will proceed with the verification and refund within 14 days.
     
     

2. Refund Policy:

   • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
     
     

3. Defective or Incorrect Products:

   • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund, at no additional cost.
