Can I request an invoice for my order?

Certainly request the invoice via email info@wildgear.it . If your product has already been shipped you will find the receipt in the package, it is not possible for us to issue an invoice after shipping.

How long does delivery take?

From the moment the order is processed, it takes, on average, between 24 and 48 working hours for it to reach its destination (longer times for deliveries to disadvantaged areas and islands). Times may be slightly longer if you are near holidays or weekends.

Shipping

Which courier is used for shipments?

Wildgear offers express courier shipping via GLS and Bartolini. We try to entrust the shipment to the best courier in your area to guarantee you an optimal purchasing experience.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our shipments are all via express courier. They usually do not take more than 48 hours to arrive at your home, however there may be delays during periods of great logistical peak or in disadvantaged and/or not served daily areas.

How much are the shipping costs?

In Italy, for purchases of less than €99, a flat rate of €5.00 is applied. If the order is greater than or equal to €99, shipping is free.

Can I pay on delivery?

Of course, we offer the cash on delivery service for purchases with a value between €50 and €3000 . The service charge for using cash on delivery is €6.00 ​​and applies to all orders with this payment method.
We remind you that you can pay upon delivery by the courier only and exclusively in cash, checks or card payments will not be accepted.

How should I behave when the package arrives?

Upon delivery of the package you must check its integrity. If you find anomalies you must sign subject to inspection.

If the package is damaged what should I do?

In this case the package must be accepted by writing on the consignment note or on the electronic terminal that the package is " accepted subject to inspection because the package is damaged/wet/crushed/depackaged/dented/not intact ".

Return and Refund Policy

Can I return a product?

Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a simple and transparent returns policy.

Return Policy:
You can return a product purchased from WildGear within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns are accepted only if the product is new, never used and complete with its original packaging.

Defect in Conformity or Breakage:
If the product has a lack of conformity or is damaged upon delivery, we will cover the shipping costs for returning it to our warehouse.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product has a lack of conformity or is damaged. In these cases, WildGear will cover the shipping costs. If the customer has chosen to pay by cash on delivery, the cash on delivery commission will be lost as it is a management cost retained by the courier. In the event of a return for a full refund of the order, the outward shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the product has a lack of conformity or is damaged.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

Once we receive the returned product, the refund process will be initiated. The times vary depending on the payment method chosen during the purchase phase, they usually do not take more than 5 working days.

Product information

Are the availability on the site correct and reliable?

Yes. The quantities of the items on the site are updated in real time with our warehouse. If, for some technical reason, an order exceeds the existing quantity in the warehouse, we will inform you promptly; in the event that you do not want to wait the time necessary for the order to be fulfilled, the contract will be considered null and void and the payment (if made) will be refunded to you.

I purchased an item whose price changed shortly after. Can I be refunded the difference?

It may happen that a product undergoes decreases or increases depending on changes or particular promotions dictated by the moment and the market. In this sense, it is specified that the price displayed at the time of validation of the order will prevail. No type of refund (or supplement) may be requested in the event that the price is subsequently decreased (or increased).

Is there a guarantee on the products purchased?

All products marketed and purchased by the Consumer (meaning as such exclusively the natural person who makes the purchase outside of his own business and/or professional activity) enjoy the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code which covers any defects in conformity of the purchased items, existing at the time of delivery of the aforementioned, which appear within 24 months of delivery itself; in accordance with these regulatory provisions, the Customer has the right to obtain the restoration of the conformity of the goods by repairing or replacing the defective parts, without any expense at his expense, without prejudice to what is specified in the art. 11.2 below; the Customer loses these rights if he does not make a specific complaint, with communication addressed to the headquarters of Tomei Massimo sas, carefully indicating the defects and vices found, within the period of 2 (two) months from the date on which he discovered such lack of conformity .

In the event of operation of the guarantee referred to in art. 11.1 above, the delivery costs relating to the return to Tomei Massimo sas of the Product being repaired or replaced will be anticipated by the latter ; omei Massimo sas , if following the checks carried out by it once the Product has been received in relation to which the existence of defects or lack of conformity has been reported, the actual existence of the same emerges, it will reimburse the Customer for the costs incurred for the relative return and will bear the shipping costs of the repaired Product, while, in the event that the reported defects or lack of conformity prove to be unfounded, all costs incurred for this purpose will remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Any defects or damage caused by accidental events or by the Customer's responsibility for use of the products not compliant with their intended use or as a result of normal wear and tear are excluded from defects of conformity and, therefore, from the legal guarantee.

Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days (natural and consecutive) from receipt of the goods. The withdrawal deadline begins, for contracts for the purchase of goods, from the day on which the consumer (or a third party designated by him) obtains physical possession of the goods. The return shipping costs of the goods/goods are borne by the customer.

In what condition should the product be returned?

To receive a full refund, it is mandatory to return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered, including its original packaging intact. The original packaging is considered an essential element for the value of the product and is therefore essential for its resale as new.
