Designed for use by the modern match angler who wishes to fish safely with a flat bed Method Feeder when commercial match fishing.

This blend contains the highest quality crushed pellets and fishmeal and is such that it will remain on the feeder through splash, impact with water and drop into the water of most commercial premises. Once the Method Feeder hits bottom it breaks down quickly building up the line and keeping the fish there and competing without feeding them too much. Each bag comes with a free Preston Innovations method feeder inside. Perfect for all species of large fish, especially Carp, F1 and Sea Bream.

Mixing Guidelines

Matching method The mixture is simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket, fill a 2 pint maggot tray with water, pour this over the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then leave to sit for 30 minutes, during this time the water will be absorbed by the groundbait. So for best results; to eliminate any lumps and create a homogeneous consistency, pass the groundbait through a riddle and it is ready to use.

When the sun and fishing wind can cause the groundbait to dry out a little, to combat this problem you can cover the mixed groundbait with a damp towel or if it dries out just add a little more water and mix again.
