Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the product.
Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original condition: unused , with labels and packaging intact .
- If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Acceptable example:
- A product with tags still attached, with no signs of use, returned in its original packaging.
Unacceptable example:
- A product with removed labels, stains or signs of wear, or returned without the original packaging.
Shipping Costs
- Return (shipping to us): Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Size Change (shipping of the new product): The costs for sending the new item are at our expense.
Practical example:
- If you purchased a t-shirt and want to exchange it for a different size, you will have to pay the shipping cost to return the product to us. We will take care of shipping the new item at no additional cost to you.

Prepare the package:
Please include a sheet of paper with your order number and clear instructions for exchange or refund.-
Example for size change:
"Order number: 12345. I would like to exchange the shirt for size XL." -
Example for refund:
"Order number: 12345. I require a full refund."

Size Change
- If you request a size exchange within 14 days , we will cover the cost of sending you the new item.
- Attention: The costs for returning the original product are always borne by the customer.
Practical example:
- You ordered a jacket in size M, but you need an L.
- Ship the jacket back at your own expense.
- We will send you the jacket size L at no additional cost.
Reimbursement
Times:
Once we receive the return, we will proceed with the verification and refund within 14 working days .
Refund Policy:
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Practical example:
- Did you pay by credit card? The refund will be credited to the same card.
- Did you pay with PayPal? The refund will be made to your PayPal account.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund, at no additional cost.
Practical example:
- You received a T-shirt with a manufacturing defect or a different product than the one you ordered.
- Contact us by email or phone within 48 hours.
- We will arrange for the product to be collected and send a replacement at no cost to you.
