Returns
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code , you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Send a written communication via email or fill out the withdrawal form, specifying your wish to withdraw from the contract.

Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original condition: unused , with all labels and packaging intact .
- If the product is damaged, damaged or used (especially for hygiene reasons), we will not be able to accept the return for health and safety reasons.

A pair of never worn shoes, with original box and tags. -
Unacceptable example:
An item of clothing that has been washed or shows signs of use, or a product without the original packaging.
Shipping Costs
- The costs for returning the product are borne by the customer , except in the case of:
- Defective product
- Order error (e.g. different item than ordered).

If you want to return a product because you have changed your mind, you will pay for shipping back to us. If you have been sent the wrong product, we will take care of the return shipping costs.

Refunds

- Once we receive the return, we will proceed to verify compliance.

- The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you have received a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- We will ask you to provide us with:

- Any photographs of the product and the defect.
- In these cases, we will:
- Replace the product.
- Or issue a full refund.
- Note: You will not be charged any additional fees.
Practical example:
- You have received a t-shirt with a manufacturing defect. Email us a photo of the defect and we will arrange for a pick-up and replacement at no charge to you.
