Description
PDP fans and knife enthusiasts will be equally impressed by the selected materials and intelligent design.
The heart of the knife is the D2 steel coated spear point blade that holds the edge. Its length of 92 mm and thickness of 3.6 mm make it perfect for the most demanding daily jobs, special operations and outdoor activities. The blade is held in place by a stainless steel frame lock and opens via a detachable double button. The opening aid is modeled on the magazine release of the Walther PDP pistol.
The resemblance of this knife to the famous pistol is especially evident in the full-size handle. The Steel Frame version is made of steel and coated in black. In addition to the PDP lettering, the scales have a one-piece FRN coating with the original Performance Duty Texture. Pronounced serrations on the pistol slide are repeated on the scales of the solid steel grip and provide additional grip.
The knife can be carried with a reversible deep carry clip (flip-up/left-handed) for easy access. The lanyard eyelet is located discreetly in the rear spacer.
The Walther PDP folder family includes other Steel Frame models with the following blades: spear point, either smooth or partially serrated, with a satin or coated finish. Other models with G10 handle and stainless steel linerlock are also available.
