Description
Helios III is the "door to trail" shoe designed for training and racing on hard off-road terrain. It is an Atlheisure product with a lightweight and breathable upper made with a unique and heat-adhesive combination of rip-stop fabric, monofilament mesh, sandwich mesh and reinforced with TPU. The fit is extremely comfortable and enveloping, derived from the Helios SR model. The presence of the heel counter prevents crushing during the fit phase while the enveloping and soft collar with 3D Foam pads guarantee perfect comfort of fit. The tread is in high-durability FriXion Blu compound: perfect for use on hard and rocky terrain. The shaped thermo-form toe cap contributes to the overall lightness of the product also contributing to protection from frontal impacts. The injected EVA midsole with MorphoDynamic technology guarantees the high cushioning typical of the Helios model since its debut on the market while the Cushoning Platform insert increases its cushioning properties and general comfort. The injected EVA also greatly reduces the crushing effect over time, allowing the material to maintain the same performance characteristics over time.
The footwear in the La Sportiva Mountain Running® collection uses 3 different types of midsole depending on the performance required.
The models of the Mountain Running® line adopt the exclusive eco-friendly La Sportiva by OrthoLite® Hybrid insoles, made using 20% ​​recycled materials derived from the manufacturing cycle. These insoles are designed for both the male and female foot and adopt different thicknesses and materials in relation to the average weight of the user.
• Eco-Friendly and Washable: They contain recycled rubber and can be machine washed.
• Maximum wearing comfort thanks to the aerated footbed and highly breathable PU foam cells for a constantly dry foot and perfect climate comfort.
• They promote the elimination of sweat, keeping the foot dry.
• High durability over time thanks to a technology that avoids excessive crushing of the material: compression over time is less than 5%
Medium plant:
Shoes for feet with an "average" shape with a neutral footbed that is neither too narrow nor too wide. Suitable for wide feet but also for narrow feet.
Innovative system applied to the sole that absorbs impact, helps with traction and holds when braking.
Conceived and developed by the La Sportiva Research and Development center, it offers real advantages during running by reducing the negative impact with the ground. The particular arrangement of the lugs ensures that some of them come into contact with the ground first, softening the support of the tread.
