Sensitivity control
At all sensitivity settings (except maximum), the line must travel the specified distance in the same direction and within 2 seconds to activate the unit. Any movement in the opposite direction will reset the distance counter. This can substantially reduce or eliminate false alarms caused by wind and water movement.

Bivvy Light function
When the bivvy light function is activated via the switch on the back of the receiver, it will behave in the following ways:
The indicator lights on the receiver will be dimmed slightly to prevent the receiver from emitting too much light while the bivvy light is active
The bivvy light will only come on if three bite triggers are received in rapid succession to prevent liners and false indications from unnecessarily turning on the bivvy light
The bivvy light will fade to full brightness and remain on while the alarm continues to send trigger signals to the receiver. The light will fade out within 5 seconds of the activation lights on the receiver turning off until further indication is received
