The 981 WASATCH GTX RR hunting boot is recommended for those who participate in wild boar or ungulate hunting trips, crossing uncultivated or rocky terrain, in the presence of humidity and low temperatures. Waterproofing and breathability are guaranteed in this model by the GORE-TEX lining, which keeps the foot dry even for many hours. The Nubuck upper with Hydrobloc® treatment, high above the ankle, protects from the bush and low temperatures, and, at the same time, guarantees the necessary stability on rough terrain. The protective band and PU reinforcements on the ankle and calf also help protect the shoe and leg from possible scratches and lacerations due to brambles or sharp rocks. To ensure excellent performance in terms of push and traction, the 981 WASATCH GTX RR model is equipped with a Zamberlan® Vibram® StarTrek II sole, equipped with a stabilizer to keep the heel in place, a PU wedge to absorb shocks and provide cushioning, and a large support area at the toe and heel for greater grip.
