Garmont Pinnacle GTX, excellent true trekking boot, semi-cramponable, even for simple and predictable snowfields and glaciers. Comfortable straight away, it is even more so after half an hour's walk. The foot is stable and well protected. On uniform, slightly steep, easy terrain, it is slightly tiring: excellent on uneven and unstable surfaces. Pleasant stability at the heel, thanks to the rigid X-Lite Frame shell. Overall, a boot that confirms expectations and that will satisfy the most demanding and quality-conscious trekkers.
Garmont Pinnacle GTX is definitely a proposal for expert walkers, mountain professionals, those who cover kilometers but above all meters of altitude difference. His kingdom extends up to high altitudes, even on snow and ice where trekking transforms into pure mountaineering. The shoe is particularly robust and resistant, but we still recommend meticulous periodic maintenance, cleaning with water, drying away from direct sources of heat, water-repellent treatment with technical products recommended by the manufacturer.
The anatomical Garmont® (add®) design encourages the foot to use its natural ability to find stability, absorb impacts and provide effective push-off. Design and functionality adapt to the typical asymmetries of the foot, improving the fit.

ASYMMETRICAL CUFF
The cuff is lowered on the outside and higher on the inside to improve progression, guarantee greater stability and comfort during high altitude crossings and scrambling.
ANATOMICAL TONGUE
The tongue adapts to the asymmetric shape of the top of the foot and ankle. It is thicker on the outside and progressively thins towards the inside. The anatomical shape keeps the tongue in place, increasing control, stability and comfort.
DIFFERENTIAL ANKLE PADS
Heel lock in place for a precise fit and improved ankle support and stability.
PRECISION LACING
The shoe flexes following the movement of the foot, providing excellent comfort from the first use.
