Jackal is the mountain running shoe dedicated to off-road running over ultra distances and prolonged training over medium distances thanks to the exceptional cushioning guaranteed by the innovative Infinitoo™ high energy return technology. Every detail, from the upper to the sole, is designed to promote foot comfort over long distances: comfortable fit and wide fit designed for use in ultra-marathons, enveloping and soft comfort fit elastic tongue for maximum freedom of movement, internal bellows construction protection against stones or mud. The lacing sees the loops incorporated directly into the side panels of the upper: a solution that facilitates the adaptation of volumes during long-distance runs in which the foot tends to swell. The side Net-Mesh promotes ventilation and climate comfort. The heart of Jackal, however, lies in the innovative EVA sole/midsole package with internal shock-absorbing polyurethane pads with high energy return Infinitoo™ Technology. The front element increases cushioning, the rear insert contributes to stabilizing the ride. The midsole also integrates a high-density EVA Rock-Shield insert for a more stable ride and rock-guard effect. The tread is in Frixion Red compound with Impact Brake System blocks of differentiated thickness and longitudinal FLEX grooves which favor the folding of the sole along the fold lines. The light and shock-absorbent thermo-shaped toe cap contributes lightness and protection while the FriXion Red dual-compound sole for maximum grip and durability.
