Apps and service packages

To enable the GSM part of the GPS satellite radio collar for hunting dogs MITO 5300, you need to purchase the APP license, accept the terms of use and subscribe to the service package for each collar. You also need to sign the following contract* and send a copy by email to amministrazione2@bitrabi.com:

To use the GSM part of the MITO 5300 hunting dog collar, you need to download the MITO 5000 APP (available for both Android and iOS) onto your Smartphone, which costs €49 per year and can be purchased directly via the APP.

Subsequently, always via APP, it will be necessary to purchase a service package for each collar at a cost of €9.99, the duration of which will depend on the method of use (indicatively 12/16 months based on consumption).

*NB without sending the correctly signed contract with a copy of the identity document, it will not be possible to proceed with the activation of the MITO 5300, even if the APP and Service Packages have been correctly purchased.

MITO 5300 can also be used only via a handheld locator without purchasing additional services.
