Strong, light and smooth, the SG4AG is a reel that performs as good as it looks. Constructed with a Carbon Reinforced Composite (CRC) body and rotor and benefiting from strong, lightweight aluminum components such as the spool and handle, the reel is made to be strong and long-lasting. It also features 6+1 stainless steel ball bearings, including two high-quality Japanese ball bearings, and benefits from our patented DuraGrease which protects against corrosion and wear like nothing else on the market. Like all Savage Gear reels, the SG4AG has been crafted with our specific equipment and innovative ideas including a custom T-shaped line clip that is much easier to use than traditional ones, a non-slip spool design that eliminates the need to use mono as a backing, and a sealed carbon drag system that offers the ultimate in fish-stopping power and smoothness. Nothing will look better on your Savage Gear SG4 rod than this beauty.
