Specifically designed for long distance fishing it has been made with the lead mounted on the bottom to improve casting accuracy even in crosswind conditions. The shape of the lead indicates that the internal profile of the cage is uniform and has no bottlenecks. This allows the load to be released quickly and forces the feeder to rise vertically towards the surface during recovery, avoiding any obstacles present on the bottom.
