Fox Pellet Pegs were designed to make the presentation of pellet baits for trout and halibut practical and effective.
The profile of the Pellet Peg has been shaped to ensure a secure anchor point even when the pellet has started to soften in the water. This prevents hair from pulling through the cast and when fishing. It also prevents the attentions of small fish that "peck" the bait and make the hair come out of the ring. The peg will fit snugly inside the pellet once the bait has been drilled out using our 1.5mm nut/pellet drill. It will plug the hole and prevent water from seeping into the center of the pellet; this helps keep the bait hard and usable for longer periods of time.
Pegs pellets are perfectly colored to match trout and halibut pellets and are shaped to be used both at the ends and across the center of the pellets.
