BROWNING - PROTECT HUNTER

Browning Protect Pro Light hunter. The PROTECT HUNTER vest is made up of 3 layers of DYNAFELT® anti-puncture fabric made with DYNEEMA®. This excellent fabric is used by numerous civil and military organizations to make protective clothing.
The vest consists of 3 layers DYNAFELT® on the back, belly, and 3 layers on the front; this allows it to maintain extreme agility and superior handling. This DYNAFELT® fabric was selected thanks to numerous perforation tests.
The external protective fabric of the PROTECT HUNTER vest is a CORDURA® 600 DTEX with RIPSTOP structure, it is almost non-tearable, it is resistant to the most abrasive and aggressive biotopes, allowing dogs great mobility thanks to its extreme elasticity.
This fabric is treated with 2 coated layers which allow the vest to be water-repellent and almost waterproof. This also allows the anti-perforation DYNAFELT® to be protected from humidity and UV. A new thread has been selected for the seams which is much more resistant in order to limit deterioration.
The PROTECT PRO vest has a THERMO REGULAR (thermoregulation) system which allows you to regulate the temperature of the vest and that of the dog. This THERMO REGULAR (thermoregulation) system is made up of lined cotton which allows for greater comfort (ease) for the dog. A third layer protects the inside of the vest in contact with the dog's fur, this layer is very soft so as not to cause sores on the dogs' skin.

This test is carried out in Germany by a specialized laboratory and is carried out using a rectangular blade placed on an inverted pyramid-type bar.

This blade is launched at a speed of 6 m/sec on 10 tissue samples and the average of the 10 tests gives the perforation value in newtons.
