Shimano Trout One Area Special is a series of Shimano spinning rods dedicated to the Area Game, which was created for the demanding Japanese market, and is characterized by a very specific action for the purpose, slow/progressive, ideal for fishing ultra light with small crankbaits and microspoons.
The action has been specifically designed to drastically reduce unhooking, especially in those fishing situations where the trout are not particularly aggressive and eat listlessly; this detail will allow us to lose fewer fish during our fishing trips.
They are very light and sensitive rods, built with Shimano's Hi-Power
This type of construction consists of diagonal wraps on the outside of the blank with carbon sheets from the bottom to the tip of the rod. The "X" taping is specific for each rod, contributing to the characterization of the rod's action.
They are also embellished by their construction details, such as the Original Shimano reel seat and the cork handle.
They are mounted using the best Fuji K SIC guides suitable for using the thin braided lines typical of the Trout Area.
