  3. Shipping costs : Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product has manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

  4. Return Policy : Once the return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.

Refunds

  1. Processing Times : Once we have received the return and verified compliance with our return conditions, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving the product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

  2. Partial Refunds : If the returned product is damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or issue a partial refund.

  3. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Products : If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will ask you to provide us with a description of the damage or error and, if necessary, photographs. In such cases, we will replace the damaged product or send the correct one at no additional cost to you.
