Akyra II Gore-Tex is the perfect shoe for those who want to move agilely and quickly on all trails, even the most challenging ones and in any weather conditions. The 3D Grid™ upper construction made of KPU and the sole equipped with Impact Brake System™ ensure stability and support, while the Trail Rocker™ combined with the comfortable and flexible fit, give dynamism to every step. Extra protection even during the most severe weather conditions thanks to GORE-TEX Extended Comfort.

The La Sportiva FriXion® compounds were created with the aim of creating treads with different grip and durability parameters based on the type of use and terrain on which La Sportiva footwear is used.

The FriXion range is made up of 5 types of compounds used on mountain running and climbing footwear.

The models of the Mountain Running® line adopt the exclusive eco-friendly La Sportiva by OrthoLite® Hybrid insoles, made using 20% recycled materials derived from the manufacturing cycle. These insoles are designed for both the male and female foot and adopt different thicknesses and materials in relation to the average weight of the user.

• Eco-Friendly and Washable: They contain recycled rubber and can be machine washed.

• Maximum wearing comfort thanks to the aerated footbed and highly breathable PU foam cells for a constantly dry foot and perfect climate comfort.

• They promote the elimination of sweat, keeping the foot dry.

• High durability over time thanks to a technology that avoids excessive crushing of the material: compression over time is less than 5%

Innovative system applied to the sole that absorbs impact, helps with traction and holds when braking.

Conceived and developed by the La Sportiva Research and Development center, it offers real advantages during running by reducing the negative impact with the ground. The particular arrangement of the blocks ensures that some of them come into contact with the ground first, softening the support of the tread.
